Abstract. The author analyzes the category publisher's rights in the Russian civil legislation: considers this definition, defines the category co-publisher, researches the problems of a publisher's rights enforcement, determines the features of the category public domain, in this regard gives practical recommendations on overcoming the problems of a publisher's rights enforcement, and works out in detail the mechanism of civil legislation norms enforcement in practice.
