PREPARATION OF COMPLEX EXPEDITION OF SOCIETY FOR STUDY OF TATARSTAN TO MENZELINSK AND CHELNY CANTONS IN 1929

Abstract. The author studies the preparatory actions carried out by Society for Study of Tatarstan in spring - at the beginning of summer 1929 for complex expedition organization (consisting of ten teams) to Menzelinsk and Chelny cantons of the Tatar ASSR, and analyzes the activity of the committee on the complex expedition organization, work plans and the budgets of the expedition sectoral brigades, participants composition, and the results of the complex expedition preparation.
