Abstract. The author presents the second part of the analytical review devoted to the questions related to individuals' personal data processing - protection sites employees and visitors - within the framework of internal security regime and access control provision without automated systems use, and considers the norms regulating the organization of these regimes in the context of the legislation on personal data regulations.
