ON SCIENTIFIC KNOWLEDGE RANKING FROM RATIONAL SKEPTICISM POSITION

Abstract. The author discusses the problem of unconfirmed theories elimination from scientific knowledge as P. Feyerabend's objection against known rational science methodologies, for its solution suggests scientific knowledge ranking according to cognitive significance and basing on the brought in principles of rational skepticism, and tells that ranking is implemented using the procedure, proposed by the author as a universal method and the criterion of scientific cognition demarcation, which corresponds to human cognitive common sense.
