JUSTICE - IS IT MERITS REQUITAL OR MERCY? (PROBLEM ANALYSIS IN BIOETHICS CONTEXT)

Abstract. The author substantiates that the bioethical reconstruction of the once destroyed categorical correlation of the notions justice and mercy is very conformable to the main motto of medicine - patient's benefit is the highest law, and discusses the problem of mercy principle implementation as the equality in the right to mercy in modern public health service.
