PROBLEM OF CONSUMER PROTECTION FROM INACCURATE ADVERTISING OF BIOLOGICALLY ACTIVE ADDITIVES

Abstract. The author considers the problems of the enforcement of the consumer right to receive truthful information about biologically active additives, as well as the ways of the compensation for the harm caused as the result of their improper advertising, analyzes those legal regulation disadvantages, which lead to consumer rights violations in the sphere of biologically active additives advertising, and substantiates specific suggestions for the improvement of the legal regulation of the submission of the accurate information about goods and services and their fair advertising.
