Abstract. The author undertakes the attempt to reveal and analyze the system characteristics and basic components of conflict resolution strategies non-symphony in the Russian society, and using the conceptual language of conflict resolution techniques considers political configuration specifics, the original logic of the relations between society and state, typical to transformation processes in Russia.
