SOVEREIGN INDIVIDUAL'S FREEDOM IDEA IN J. LOCKE'S POLITICAL-LEGAL DOCTRINE

Abstract. The author analyzes the basic philosophical categories, such as freedom and violence, and their influence on an individual's development, considers John Locke's political-legal and educational conceptions, and analyzes the idea of a sovereign individual's freedom as the main foundation of statehood.
