Abstract. The author reveals the content of the notion minors' testimony, pays special attention to the procedural problems of minor witnesses' interrogation in Russia, conducts the comparative analysis of foreign countries court practice, and presents legislative initiative how to improve existing Criminal Procedural Code of the Russian Federation.
