Bredemeyer - one of the American law sociologist T. Parsons's followers - on law as an integrative mechanism, which, while preserving relative autonomy, interacts with political, economic and value social subsystems, and mentions that integrative function implementation must be provided not only by law-making and judicial precedent operation, but also by law practice and legal doctrine formation by lawyers.
