Adygezalova Gyul'naz El'darovna Kuban' State University
Abstract. The author shows that one of the most important law functions in modern society is interests harmonization and social cohesion, reveals the position of G. Bredemeyer - one of the American law sociologist T. Parsons's followers - on law as an integrative mechanism, which, while preserving relative autonomy, interacts with political, economic and value social subsystems, and mentions that integrative function implementation must be provided not only by law-making and judicial precedent operation, but also by law practice and legal doctrine formation by lawyers.
