PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS OF A PERSONALITY'S EDUCATION NATIVE INSTITUTION IN THE CONTEXT OF GLOBAL SENSE TRANSFORMATIONS

Abstract. The author analyzes the main aspects and objective reasons of a personality's education institution crisis in contemporary Russia and the destruction of education and training traditional patterns in the global world, presents the idea of education non-market nature varying considerably under the conditions of post-industrial civilization formation with its new system of values and senses, and shows that the strategy of the modernization or, more properly, rescue of our education system should include a number of measures aimed at general labour and general intellect formation in our society.
