Abstract. The author actualizes the problem of science foundations as the possibility of vital world return, pays close attention to rationality crisis in the science-knowledge of the XXth-XXIst centuries that resulted in classical methodology transformation and E. Husserl's phenomenological method origin, and also reveals the essence of intentionality obtained by means of phenomenological method and containing the inter-subjective horizons of reality, which are defined by transcendent origin presence in being (M. Heidegger).
