Abstract. The author considers the wide range of the problems associated with society transition from human life pre-defined consistency with law to laws themselves paradoxical consistency with man, emphasizes the philosophical search for the practical possibilities of contemporary social development problems solution, follows the fundamental idea of man and society unity with nature, and shows that man is constantly arranging the obtained results of his activity into the objects and images more consistent with him that help occupy his rightful place in the rapidly changing world.
