SUPPLIER'S LIABILITY FOR NON-EXECUTION OF CONTRACT OF GOODS SUPPLY FOR INTERNAL AFFAIRS AGENCIES

Abstract. The author considers the main provisions of the contract of goods supply for Internal Affairs Agencies, analyzes penalty as a punitive and compensatory liability for the non-execution of the state contract of goods supply for Internal Affairs Agencies of Russia, considers penalty as the way to restore the violated right, and on this basis emphasizes the unfairness of the contractual relations party, which deliberately tries to admit the agreement on forfeit invalid.
