Abstract. The author discusses the topical problematic questions of pseudo-religious organizations activity within the Russian Federation, considers the determinants that contribute to pseudo-religious organizations development, the danger of their influence on an individual, family and state, and substantiates the necessity to adopt the national measures of organizational and legislative nature in order to systematize the propagandistic activity of destructive pseudo-religious organizations within Russia.
