JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "EISK RAILROAD": HISTORY OF CREATION, STRUCTURE, ACTIVITY RESULTS

Abstract. The article considers the history of JSC "Eisk Railroad" creation and activity (1908-1920). The role of Eisk head V. V. Nenashev in its establishment and functioning is shown. Its structure, composition, the board members’ responsibilities, and purposes are studied on the basis of the Charter of the society. The results and effectiveness of JSC activity are revealed, and the role of Eisk railroad in the economic development of Kuban' region at the beginning of the XX th century is determined.
