CLASSIFICATION OF LICENSE AGREEMENTS AND ITS SIGNIFICANCE FOR COMMERCIAL CONCESSION AGREEMENT

Abstract. The types of licenses are considers, the applicability of norms on different types of licenses to commercial concession agreement is estimated; the cases of violating the exclusivity terms of license agreement and commercial concession agreement are analyzed. The procedure for establishing the obligations of license agreement parties and commercial concession agreement parties, depending on the type of agreement, is studied. The improvement of norms on the types of licenses is suggested, and the procedure of applying these norms to commercial concession agreement is explained.
