HEROINE-ACTRESS OF A. N. OSTROVSKY’S PLAY "GUILTY WITHOUT FAULT" AND RUSSIAN THEATRICAL MYTH

Abstract. The article demonstrates the possibilities of the new approach to the analysis of A. N. Ostrovsky’s theatrical plots and plays heroes from the point of view of the interaction of the theatrical and life mythologemes of his time. The plot of the play "Guilty without Fault" is considered as the plot about actress, the author pays attention to the semantics of the notion "actress" itself in the play and in the dramatist’s theoretical statements and also to how performers’ relationships with the role of Kruchinina were formed at different times.
