FEATURES OF MODERN REFORMATION OF LIABILITY FOR CRIMES AGAINST PUBLIC ORDER AND MORALITY

Abstract. The author considers some modern aspects of reforming criminal liability for crimes against public order and morality in Ukraine, pays particular attention to the critical analysis of relevant norms in two projects of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, and basing on the research of this historical stage of domestic criminal-legal thought development suggests some observations on the effectiveness of implemented legislation.
