Abstract. The author researches the features of the modern system (hierarchy) structure of the agrarian law sources of Ukraine on the basis of their legal effect, and the correlation between various sources of agrarian law (the Constitution of Ukraine, international legal agreements, laws, the normative-legal acts of executive power and local self-government bodies, the decisions of the higher courts) on the settlement of agrarian legal relations in Ukraine; and pays particular attention to court decisions as original sources of agrarian law.
