EDUCATION DEVELOPMENT IN RURAL AREAS AT THE BEGINNING OF THE 1990S: DIFFICULTIES AND PROBLEMS

Abstract. The author considers the problems and difficulties of education development within rural areas in the 1990s, pays special attention to the analysis of the social-economic conditions typical of the rural school at the beginning of the 90s, and tells that radical reforms changed economic and political realia that led to the sharp reduction of social sphere financing in general and education in particular.
