PROBLEMS OF EFFICIENCY OF PROSECUTOR’S DEMAND OF CORRECTIVE ACTIONS IN CONNECTION WITH FEDERAL LEGISLATION VIOLATIONS COMMITTED IN PRELIMINARY INVESTIGATION COURSE

Abstract. The author considers the legislative problems of the effectiveness ensuring of prosecutor’s supervision at the stage of preliminary investigation, pays particular attention to the prosecutor’s demand of corrective actions in connection with the legislation violations committed by the investigator in the course of criminal investigation, and suggests making appropriate changes in the norms of the Criminal-Procedural Code, governing the legal status of the prosecutor, the head of the investigative agency and the investigator.
