FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF LEGISLATION ON CERTAIN ACTIVITIES LICENSING IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Abstract. The author discusses the problems of the formation and development of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the sphere of the state regulation of the economic activity of the business entity through the implementation of certain activities licensing, stage-by-stage considers the evolution of the process of licensing institution legislative regulation, and pays special attention to the problems arising in the sphere of licensing at various stages of the development of legislation on certain activities licensing.
