CHINA GEO-STRATEGY AND RUSSIA POSITIONING

Abstract. The geo-political aspects of China "rise" strategy and the perspectives of new bipolarity (USA – PRC) appearance are analyzed in the article. Assessments and prognoses concerning China possible role in the globalizing world that exist in expert community are considered. The authorial view of China home and foreign geo-policy main vectors is stated. Russia modernization categoricity as the condition of its status support as one of the polycentric world power centres is shown in the context of the PRC geo-strategy.
