EVOLUTION OF NORTH ITALY PEOPLE’S MEALS IN THE XX TH CENTURY

Abstract. The article describes the issues of the meals evolution of North Italy people. Meals are the most important ethnographic source. It allows analyzing the specificity of the cultural and social-economic development of the considered region. The author paid main attention to the notion of meals Mediterranean model and its use in the studied areas. The aim of this article is to reveal changes in North Italy people’s meals after the country transition to industrial society. Another task is the definition of ethnocultural interactions during the last century.
