USSR AND ITALY MILITARY-TECHNICAL COLLABORATION ON NAVAL EQUIPMENT AND ARMAMENT CREATION IN THE 1930S

Abstract. On the eve of the Great Patriotic War (1941-1945) the Soviet Union collaborated with economically developed states. One of such countries was Italy. The main directions of the USSR military-technical collaboration with its partner in naval equipment and armament sphere in the 1930s are revealed in the article. On the basis of archival materials it is shown which importance the country leaders attached to this collaboration including cruisers and destroyers leaders construction.
