SUBJECTS OF CONTESTING AWARDS OF CORPORATIONS REGULATORY BODIES

Abstract. This article considers the issue on the bodies having a right to contest the awards of the corporation regulatory bodies. The standards of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and corporate law are analyzed and compared; judicial practice on this problem is studied. The pecuniary nature of the right to contest the awards of the corporation regulatory bodies is substantiated. On the basis of the existing conception of legal succession the conclusion is formulated about the admissibility of contesting awards by a new participant of the corporation before its entry into the legal body.
