RELEVANT COMPONENTS OF INFORMATIONAL SUPPORT OF PUBLIC PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE PARTICIPATION IN LAWMAKING

Abstract. The article reveals the significance of the important components of the informational support of public prosecutor’s office participation in lawmaking - legal monitoring and citizens’ and organizations’ appeals. The legal regulation and use of these information sources are covered. The problems of this activity are analyzed. The creation of legal monitoring system and the specialization of the work with lawmaking appeals in public prosecutor’s office are substantiated. The measures on the improvement of using the information channels under consideration are suggested.
