CONTENT OF "OTHER ACTIONS" IN DISPOSITION OF ARTICLE 205 OF THE CRIMINAL CODE OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Abstract. The paper considers the characteristic of the substantial part of the disposition of Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation "Act of Terrorism" in relation to "other actions" as one of the methods for committing criminal act. The author carried out the complex analysis of the notion "other actions" with the formation of their approximate list. The article presents the characteristic of the consequences that may result from committing an act of terrorism by means of "other actions", characterizes the danger of their commitment according to the indication of reality.
