APPROACHES TO SOLUTION OF PROBLEMS OF LEGISLATIVE REGULATION OF DEPRIVATION OF RIGHT TO FILL CERTAIN POSITIONS OR TO PRACTISE CERTAIN PROFESSION AS TYPE OF CRIMINAL PUNISHMENT

Abstract. In the article approaches to the legislative regulation of punishment in the form of the deprivation of the right to fill certain positions or to practise certain profession are shown. The perspectives of the improvement of statutory provisions on this punishment both in literature and scientific works are generalized and analyzed. The deficiencies in the cases of the determination of the considered type of punishment both as the main punishment and additional one are reflected. The author’s version of Article 47 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation is suggested.
