ON ISSUE OF INDIVIDUAL’S ROLE IN POLITICAL MANIPULATIONS SYSTEM

Lange Ol'ga Vladimirovna
Saint Petersburg State University

Abstract. In the article the role of an individual in the system of political manipulations is analyzed. The parameters of such system and the specificity of manipulative influences are revealed by the author on the basis of the works by G. I. Kolesnikova and G. V. Pushkareva. The description of an individual as an object, subject and product of political manipulations is presented in the article on the basis of the analysis of the works by H. Marcuse, E. Shostrom, E. Fromm, E. Noelle-Neumann, W. Lippmann, etc. In the work the role of an individual is considered in several types, forms and levels of directional and non-directional manipulative influences, the participants of which are state, society and an individual him(her)self. The author shows how the impact of one manipulative influence within the framework of the system provides the impact of the other one and how each of them leads to the standardization of an individual.
