I. PAVLOV’S TEACHING ABOUT PSYCHOLOGICAL TYPES IN CONTEXT OF VOCAL PEDAGOGY

Abstract. The article is devoted to the consideration of the issue about the role of psychological types in vocal methodology (artistic and intellectual) worked out by I. Pavlov. Their characteristic is given, the peculiarities of pedagogical process while forming a singer’s phonatory apparatus of each psychological type are identified. The issue of professional selection and technological complexities found in the work of a teacher-vocalist with students of different psychological types is very important while considering this problem. Methodological guidelines on overcoming some communicative peculiarities of a student-vocalist of intellectual type are given.
