CONCEPTION, FORMS AND PRINCIPLES OF STATE BODIES AND PUBLIC’S ASSISTANCE TO CRIMINAL EXECUTIVE INSPECTIONS ON LAW ENFORCEMENT

Abstract. The article examines the theoretical foundations of state bodies and public’s participation in the activity of criminal executive inspections on law enforcement. The relevance of the paper is conditioned by the humanization of the criminal-executive policy of the Russian Federation and extending the administration of punishments without isolation from society. In the first part of the article the author introduces the definitions "assistance", "public", "state bodies" and "criminal executive inspections", in the second part he discovers the basic forms and principles of the interaction of state and social institutions with the institutions of the penitentiary system. The paper is concluded with the author’s original definition of giving assistance to criminal executive inspections, he mentions the necessity to broaden the forms of assistance, to fix the forms and principles of assistance in interdepartmental normative acts at regional and federal levels.
