LEGAL FORMS OF INTERACTION OF PUBLIC ASSOCIATIONS WITH BODIES OF LOCAL SELF-GOVERNMENT

Abstract. The article is devoted to investigating such legal forms of the interaction of public associations with the bodies of local self-government as law-making initiative and initiating public hearings. The paper aims to identify the insufficient legislative regulation of the mentioned legal forms of the interaction of public associations with local authorities. Relying on the research findings the author introduces legislative changes aimed to solve the identified problems.
