INFLUENCE OF SPIRITUAL AND ETHNO-POLITICAL FACTORS ON SPECIFICS OF FORMATION OF MILITARY SECURITY OF RUSSIA

Abstract. The author believes that the peculiarities of the formation of the military security of Russia were determined by rich spiritual potential. It allowed the compatriots enduring difficult times when tragedies seemed to be inevitable. Ethno-political factor manifested itself in the national diversity of the state, which inevitably led to the abandonment of the rules that could infringe or result in the loss of the traditions and customs of a certain Russian nationality. The domination of cultural relativism over egocentrism influenced positively on the level of the military security of the state.
