REALIZATION OF THE RIGHT TO RECEIVE PENSION SAVINGS: PROBLEMS AND WAYS TO SOLVE THEM

Abstract. The article examines the normative and legal regulation of the transfer of the funded component of pension of the dead insured person to his/her legal successors. The author analyzes the legal nature of the relations of the legal succession of pension savings and conditions to receive them with a view to unambiguous interpretation and correlation with the principle of social justice. The paper introduces means to eliminate contradictions in normative and legal regulation. The means under discussion are aimed at unambiguous interpretation and wider application.
