MEASURES OF LEGAL PRESSURE IN STRUGGLE AGAINST MANIFESTATIONS OF EXTREMISM IN MASS MEDIA: PROBLEMS OF LAW ENFORCEMENT

Abstract. The article by the materials of modern Belarusian legislation and law enforcement practice examines the problems of information security associated with the manifestation of extremism in publicistic texts. The author discusses a terminological problem, which influences the evaluation of potentially extremist materials. The researcher proposes to improve the conceptual apparatus of legislation to counteract extremism that allows more competent identification of the appropriate measures of legal pressure.
