LARGE-SCALE COMPOSITIONS FOR VIOLA DOMRA IN MODERN COMPOSERS’ CREATIVE WORK

Abstract. The article provides a comprehensive analysis of large-scale compositions for viola domra. For the first time the author presents a list of original compositions for the instrument. Musical-stylistic characteristics of large-scale compositions for viola domra vary considerably and represent modern development tendencies of musical art. Appearance of original compositions for viola domra promotes considerably the adoption of the traditional orchestra instrument as the soloing one.
