PROBLEM OF SPIRITUAL FOUNDATIONS OF RUSSIAN SENSE OF JUSTICE IN SOCIAL-PHILOSOPHICAL DOCTRINES OF THE SLAVOPHILS

Abstract. The article is devoted to the problem of search for spiritual foundations and features of Russian sense of justice in doctrines of outstanding representatives of the Slavophile movement in Russia. Particular attention is paid to correlation of moral, ethical and religious regulators on the one hand and legal regulators in sense of justice and Russian social and legal life on the other hand. The role of sense of justice as a source of law and social-legal forms in Russia is actualized.
