THE CRIMEAN NOGAIS’ MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS (BY THE MATERIALS OF THE FOLK COLLECION "KUITARMA SOUNDS")

Abstract. The article deals with the musical instruments of the peoples of the Crimea with the aim of singling out instruments containing the Nogai ethnic component. The material of the study is the publications by the Crimean-Tatar researchers, which give information about instruments, ensemble and orchestral compositions, performing traditions of the region. To determine their ethnic belonging to the Nogai people the paper uses the method of a comparative analysis with similar instruments of other Nogai subgroups and ethnic-related peoples.
