DIALOGUE IN THE CONTEXT OF GLOBALIZATION: STATEMENT OF THE QUESTION

Abstract. The article describes experience of understanding the place and role of dialogue in global culture of communication. Dialogue is seen as a way of harmonizing contradictions within the personality (dialogue of consciousnesses), between social communities, between global cultures. The paper analyzes the process of thought-speech activity as an activity that ensures consistency of the dialogue. On the basis of the conducted analysis a conclusion is made about expediency of rhetorisation of domestic education as a way of forming culture of thinking - the main condition for consistency of the "dialogue of consciousnesses" guaranteeing mutual understanding and successful communication.
