IMPLEMENTATION OF BURYAT MUSICAL FOLKLORE BY BURYAT COMPOSERS (1935-2001)

Abstract. The article examines Buryat musical folklore from the viewpoint of its usage in compositions of folkloric nature. The author analyzes creative work of Russian musicians in Buryatia and Buryat composers. Folkloric tune can be reproduced in the composition but in most cases new melodies are created on the basis of rhythms and intonations of Buryat musical folklore. The researcher concludes that Buryat national colour is observable in creative activity of almost all the composers, who worked in Buryatia.
