POLYPHONY OF THE COMPOSER’S PERSONALITY IN THE LIGHT OF M. M. BAKHTIN’S PHILOSOPHICAL AND ESTHETIC CONCEPTIONS

Abstract. The article discovers the basic provisions of M. M. Bakhtin’s esthetic conception in the light of their explication in the composer’s practice. The author examines the specific conception of the personality’s essence and existential status, principles of its dialogic interpretation. The paper justifies topicality of the philosopher’s humanistic ideas for modern humanitarian practice and considers relevance of their extrapolation in the sphere of musical creation to explain the composer’s personality phenomenon.
