THE PRINCIPLES OF ELECTRONIC EDUCATIONAL RESOURCE CONSTRUCTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH LEARNER’S COGNITIVE PECULIARITIES

Abstract. The article considers the problem of modern man’s clip thinking, which makes its own changes to the process of obtaining and processing information (including educational). The main reasons for its spreading are analyzed, the general considerations concerning its influence on the learning process are provided, and basing on this the following conclusion is made: educational material on the network should be provided taking into account the learner’s cognitive peculiarities.
