The Influence of Personnel’s Creative Potential on Developing Organization’s Cultural Policy

Abstract. The study considers the essence of an individual’s creative potential, analyses its influence on developing an organization’s cultural policy taking into account modern realia. The paper describes the processes of forming intra-corporate relations, reveals group work peculiarities, which are naturally interrelated and determine an organization’s success. The nuances and key trends of an organization’s cultural policy development are identified. The research is executed at the junction of ethical-philosophical and culturological knowledge, such an approach will be of interest for specialists in the sphere of ethics, philosophy and management.
