СИСТЕМА СОБСТВЕННЫХ СРЕДСТВ ЕВРОПЕЙСКОГО СОЮЗА: ИСТОРИЯ СТАНОВЛЕНИЯ И ОСНОВНЫЕ ТЕНДЕНЦИИ РАЗВИТИЯ

Аннотация. В статье анализируется система собственных средств Европейского Союза с учетом ее исторического становления и современных тенденций развития в новом финансовом периоде с 2014 по 2020 гг. Рассматриваются "сильные" и "слабые" стороны данной системы. Делаются выводы о возможных путях ее совершенствования и целесообразности применения соответствующего европейского опыта в интеграционных образованиях с участием Российской Федерации, в частности, Евразийском экономическом сообществе и создаваемом Евразийском экономическом союзе.
