ВЛИЯНИЕ ФАКТОРОВ СТРЕССА НА АДАПТАЦИЮ К АКАДЕМИЧЕСКОМУ ПРОЦЕССУ В РОССИЙСКОМ ВУЗЕ ИНОСТРАННЫХ И РОССИЙСКИХ СТУДЕНТОВ

Аннотация.
Исследование посвящено основным факторам, вызывающим стресс у иностранных и российских студентов отечественных университетов, которые мешают успешной адаптации в условиях российской высшей школы и, соответственно, негативно отражаются на академической успеваемости и общем эмоционально-психологическом состоянии студентов. Информация об основных стрессовых раздражителях была получена путем анкетирования. Результаты показывают, что большая часть факторов, вызывающих стресс, совпадают у иностранных и российских студентов и связаны с самоорганизацией и тайм-менеджментом.
