Abstract.
In the article the main areas of construction investments are shown. The specificity of the sector and complexity when realizing construction projects are studied. Possible risks connected with construction sector investments and the ways of their minimization are considered. The methods of costs reduction and the ways of increasing the profitability of investments in construction objects are defined.
