Abstract. In the article the stages of the process of the research activity realization of small innovative enterprises in the Republic of Belarus are analyzed. The objective evaluation of the factors, which prevent the country innovative potential development, is given. The main directions of raising the efficiency of small innovative enterprises innovative activity are worked out.
