Abstract.
In this article the interconnection of psychological crises and the personality’s self-consciousness development is considered. The psychological crises of maturity are studied regardless of age periodization. The author concludes that maturity crises do not depend directly on biological age, but they are determined by psychological age and the level of the personality’s self-consciousness development.
